K10 Japanese was established in 1999. The name is a play on the Japanese word “Kaiten” which means rotation. The first K10 opened as a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Copthall Avenue and over the years K10 has evolved from a conveyor belt restaurant to the best quality Japanese takeaway in the City of London serving fresh, restaurant quality food.
K10 does not have a central kitchen. Our food is prepared and cooked in the K10 restaurant kitchens. Our chefs use the freshest ingredients to create a traditional Japanese menu with a modern twist.
There are no microwaves in K10.
Our produce is delivered fresh daily. Perfectly ripe Avocados. Superior quality Atlantic salmon from Scotland. Homemade chicken katsu from fresh, never frozen, chicken thighs. Homemade Katsu curry that takes hours to cook and develops into the most delicious curry sauce. Homemade Teriyaki Sauce, never out of a bottle.
Great ingredients make great food.
